Amy Shaw and Laura MacKenzie (the duo Twinflower) will present a program of traditional Swedish music on duo wooden flutes. Chris Bashor joins Twinflower on guitar. Laura and Amy studied the traditions and music of Sweden on a fellowship grant from the American-Scandinavian Foundation in June 2023, studying with two master flute players who are reviving the historic tradition of Swedish music on wooden flutes. Free and open to all, in a lovingly restored, beautiful train depot c. 1888 in Northfield. Seating is limited! www.lauramackenzie.com/twinflower
